Local Diving Gulf Diving with the M/V Spree
*Rebreather Friendly*
Yes, anytime you want to go diving in the Gulf the process is simple and easy!!! Go to the Travel section, Click on the button marked Flower Gardens Gulf of Mexico and book your trip. Find a weekend or weekday trip that is listed as an open booking anytime during the year and you can sign up on-line with your credit card and your space will be held.
In addition, any trip that is less than 30-days out is considered an open booking and you can sign up directly for those spaces. Lastly, you can pick one of the trips which we have booked in advance and are staffing with our own Technical Dive staff. So don't wait, book a trip today!
Remember The M/V Spree is now rebreather friendly for both recreational and technical trips.
Rebreather Diving
If you have not been around the facility much these days you may not have heard all of the excitement about rebreather diving. Eric has been involved with rebreathers for a long time but a number of our clients have caught the bug from him.
We have a number of options including the Inspiration, Evolution, Sentinel and the O2ptima. Come by or call and see what all of the excitement is about. If you cannot come by right now, call Eric or send him an email message and he will tell you all about it!
Who knows, you might even get infected, too!

Lamar High School JROTC Champion Marksmanship Team
Ann & Eric attended the final match for the Lamar High School Marksmanship Team. Oceanic Ventures has been a sponsor of the team for over 5 years, providing high pressure air and cylinder service for their air rifles. Andy Mills originally approached us about filling the team's cylinder since he knew you needed a SCUBA card to fill a cylinder. Since then, we have continued to provide Colonel David and Master Sergeant Rochon air for their teams' practice and matches. The student team practices every morning at 7:00 AM to hone their skills. We congratulation the team on their continued success as Champion Marksmen and were delighted to meet such a polite, disciplined group of young men and women this morning at their match.
